// AUTONOMOUS DEPLOYABLE MICRO-FACTORY — APERTURE
Build anything,
anytime, anywhere.
Without human intervention.
Solideon builds autonomous, deployable micro-factories — multi-robotic systems that 3D print, post-process, assemble, and inspect entire structures and vehicles. Hardware at the speed of software.

// SYSTEM TELEMETRY 02 — PERFORMANCE
The math of autonomy
Tooling that traditionally takes 4+ months — eliminated entirely.
From CAD to inspected part with the line running lights-out.
Up to 20% mass reduction through gradient material design.
Compressed schedules with a transparent supply chain.
// CORE SYSTEM 03 — APERTURE
The Aperture autonomous factory
One multi-robotic system that prints, machines, assembles, and inspects an entire structure — uninterrupted. Wire-arc additive (WAAM) metal printing meets CNC milling, subcomponent assembly, and closed-loop inspection inside a single deployable cell.
-
01

// PROCESS 01 — WAAM PRINT
Print
Wire-arc additive manufacturing deposits high-strength metal near-net-shape — building large structures fast, with no molds, dies, or fixtures.
-
02

// PROCESS 02 — CNC MILL
Machine
Integrated CNC milling finishes critical surfaces and tolerances in the same cell — post-processing without ever leaving the line.
-
03

// PROCESS 03 — ASSEMBLE
Assemble
Robotic subcomponent assembly joins printed and machined parts into finished structures and vehicles — autonomously, hands-off.
-
04

// PROCESS 04 — INSPECT
Inspect
Closed-loop, in-process inspection qualifies every layer and joint — feeding a transparent, end-to-end supply-chain ledger.
// MATERIAL 05 — ALGORITHMIC GRADIENT DESIGN
Algorithmic gradient material design
Aperture blends multiple materials within a single part — algorithmically grading composition exactly where the load lives. The result: structures that are stronger where it counts, lighter everywhere else, and impossible to produce with legacy manufacturing.
- Multi-material, one part. Continuously vary alloy and properties across a single build — no joints, no fasteners, no weak seams.
- Up to 20% lighter. Place mass only where the physics demands it, removing it everywhere else.
- Designed by algorithm. Computational design partner LEAP 71 drives geometry and material distribution from first principles.
- Transparent by default. Every gradient, layer, and material lot is recorded in a verifiable supply-chain ledger.

// ORIGIN 09 — THE TEAM
Rebuilding the industrial base
Founded in 2022 in Berkeley, California, Solideon exists to rebuild America's industrial base — and eventually humanity's, throughout the solar system. The mandate is simple and hard: make hardware move at the speed of software.
